The Friends of Sporting Art with the help of The British Sporting Art Trust have put together an exciting trip to the South of England and Scotland to view some amazing private collections, museums and Country Houses. In the South of England, Chartwell House, the Home of Sir Winston Churchill, Goodwood House, Petworth House, The Rountree Tryon Gallery in Petworth, a private view of some spectacular Sporting Art at Bereleigh House. In Scotland, Edinburgh’s National Gallery of Scotland, a drive to see the famous giant horse statues, the Kelpies, then in Glasgow a visit to Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery, Brodick Castle on the Isle of Arran and Mount Stuart House on the Isle of Bute. Members and friends are welcome to join in the trip. Deadline to book is August 15th.
