The Friends of Sporting Art acts as a clearing house for sporting activities related to field sports in the United States. It also organizes group trips to important sporting events, art exhibitions, and auctions, as well as tours of important private collections of sporting art. Members are notified of events via email.

Regularly scheduled sporting events are the fall and spring trips to view sporting art. One is domestic, and one is usually to Europe.
